It takes time to take care of yourself!!!!

Wow, am I behind!  I'm late in posting photos and daily food but I'm juggling it all right now.  I realized today that I have to get our of bed by 7 if I want to work in two walking sessions in a day, given everything else there is to do.  As it is, I was only able to walk once today (felt great though!!!) and I do have my salsa class tonight so I don't feel so bad.  Also, I'm breaking in my new Hoka One Ones, so it's just as well that I not throw myself into it too quickly.

My feet feel great after walking with them - no residual foot pain, and I'm able to dance in 2.5 inch heels later in the day without any ill-effects.  I will try to re-group and post my first photos tomorrow, with weight, exercise, and maybe food.  I'm trying to not be too obsessive about what I eat; rather, let my body dictate what it needs.

A little introduction

Hi Everyone,
Since I couldn't find a weightless challenge anywhere nearby I have decided to start my own blog.  I will submit photos (without a face - you don't get the face until the end of this challenge :-) and feelings/thoughts as I explore what it means to uncover my alpha girl.  I know it's down in here here somewhere, covered over by layers of protection and buffer.  Tomorrow I will post the first photo and thursday I will post my exercise and general food/diet concepts I will endeavor to stick with.  Feel free to make comments, inspirational or not - thanks for reading!
